Does anyone have a sample Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law coming out of a 11.072 Writ of Habeus Corpus? I had an attorney challenge a 10 year old plea based on lack of counsel. He lost, but now I have to prepare the order with the findings. Just looking for a good starting place. I've been doing this for 15 years, and never had anyone challenge a conviction this way.
