Citizen "arrests" DWI Def, holding him until arrival of law enforcement. Off. arrives, takes over, questions Def re drinking etc. Is Def. under arrest requiring Miranda because of "arrest" by citizen?

I'm not sure that the citizen would meet the custodial aspect that would trigger miranda, by definition anyways.
