Are other jurisdiction's defense attorneys asking for competency examinations through Ake motions? Why? (I don't have the motions but I know the cases and know that the defense attorney and I discussed the necessity of the defendant being evaluated for competency then, BANG, up shows an Ake motion and a sealed order.)
