I am checking in again to see if Dr. Robert Bayardo has testified for the defense in any kind of case. Although he is currently the Medical Examiner for Travis County, he is scheduled to testify for the defense in my murder trial next week. (3 year old child closed head injury death). Has this happened to anyone else???
