Continuation of Probation Past 10 Years? Login/Join

We have a judge who during a 10 year probation, extended the probation an extra year. We are now in our 11th year of her probation. We may seek to revoke her probation now... Can we do so?

I have read the statute and it seems to have a hard limit at ten years for a first, second, or third degree felony other than sexual crimes...

Any help would be appreciated.

There is no authority for a probation beyond ten years, except for sex offenses. So, any supervision beyond the 10th year would be illegal, making any violations meaningless.
