The topic and lead pretty much says it all. In a nutshell, we are preparing to try a Continuous Sexual Abuse case (PC 21.02) in the 106th district in Dawson County. To make sure we have all our I's dotted and T's crossed, we'd like to get our hands on a jury charge that has been successfully used in a trial in another county. Does anyone have such a charge?
