Who is the identity theft guru in Texas?

I don't know if they consider themselves "gurus" or not, but give the Economic Crimes Division a call (817-884-1661). They created a pretty informative brochure on ID Theft a few years ago.

Their investigators include a retired FBI agent, a CPA, and several other guys who worked in white collar sections of state and local law enforcement agencies.
