Dr. Seth Silverman was hired to testify how the reliability of our victim's testimony in a sexual assault victim will be impacted by her (well documented) mental health conditions.

Has anybody had experience with him? Transcripts would be appreciated.

Well that is a name I haven't heard in years. He testified for the defense in a death penalty case I had years ago. Unfortunately, I do not have access to his transcript since I no longer work in Harris County. I would be happy to share the information I do have about him if you email me. I had Silverman in a Juvi case once down there but it was just a run of the mill certification issue.
