Motion to Quash Login/Join

One of our officers has been issued a subpoena to testify in a child custody hearing regarding issues relating to a pending criminal investigation-- issues which admittedly may affect the child custody case.

Do we have grounds to quash that subpoena and have the officer not testify so as to protect the criminal case and to prevent the attorneys from using that hearing as open discovery on our criminal case?

If so, does anyone have a copy of a motion to quash (or other appropriate motion) I could borrow?

Thanks!
