Certified a juvenile in 1996 on two counts of aggravated robbery. Jury gave him 7 years to do on count 1 but probated count 2. He served count 1 and paroled while still on probation in count 2. Yes, he violated and is now revoked. Does he get credit in count 2 for the time spent in the pen on count 1?

Nope. He can't get credit since he was not incarcerated on that charge, but rather was on community supervision. He probably should have asked the Court to revoke his probation while he was in the pen anyway. Too late now.
