Driver A in accident and charged with DWI on 7/18/10. Driver A infers she was driving. Passenger B signs affidavit on 9/29/11 that she was actually driving but she did not want to be charged with no insurance. Passenger B never looked at for signs of intoxication. Is there anything that either A or B can be charged with that has not run past SOL? False stmt to police, but when would the SOL begin - any tolling because did not know until 9/18 Driver A lied. Any suggestions
