I have a DWI trial in a few weeks and defense may put on Lance Platt as an expert. I've read the comments posted in this forum on his which have been very helpful. I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind sending me any of their cross examinations or anything else that may be useful for this expert. I'm a baby prosecutor so trying to build my files so anything would help! Thanks in advance!
