Does anybody know what type of information should be included in a request for proposal for a jail management contract pursuant to Local Government Code Section 351.102? Anybody have a RFP used in his or her own county for this purpose?

I know Parker County has done one. I can't vouch for whether it was done right or not, since I've never laid eyes on it and probably couldn't tell even if I did, but it's a place to start. I'd suggest contacting the Parker County purchasing dept. or the sheriff. Good luck!
