I agree law enforcement can arrest or ticket a person violating an emergency declaration order under Chapter 418. If its a juvenile we can go through juvenile proceedings. But what about the parent that doesn't keep their 10 year old (or younger - or older) from violating? Does anyone know of a mechanism to hold the parent responsible?
