New Section 551.3215 provides for public information complaints made by the public to be referred to the Attorney General for action. So far I've used the procedure once. Yesterday, a colleague called and we discussed the section.
Has any one else out there utilized this new procedure? What was your experience? Was the member of the public pleased with the outcome?
