I looked this up and found some discussions from about 13 years ago on here. I'm wondering if anything is new in terms of what a neighborhood can do about excess noise by an industrial business. I know about 42.01(c)(2), but it's difficult for the sheriff to be there at the exact time a noise goes above 85 decibels. What could I advise the community in terms of either possible commissioners court options or a private cause of action against the business?
