Anyone have experience with the model subdivision rules required by the Texas Water Development Board for funding through the Economically Disadvantaged Program? I have a sample document, origin unknown, and have reviewed 16.343 of the Texas Water Code. As I am sure you have all experienced at one time or another, the request for a legal opinion to me and another attorney representing one of our municipalities has been made with nothing like enough time for a thorough review, so any advice is welcome.
