If there are any county or district attorneys out there handling suits for delinquent taxes under TC 6.30, I'd like to talk to you about it. I know Travis County is one, but I'm not aware of what other counties are doing. Our local tax assessor is about to take back property tax collections from our appraisal district, and the issue has come up about who will file tax suits for the county.
