Say you have a business that has not obtained the permits required by your county's subdivision regulation ordinance. Has anyone ever sought an injunction against a business under section 232.005 of the Local Government Code?

FYI, there are only two appellate decisions I found that reference this section of the code. May be worth tracking down the lawyers who handled those cases?

Page v. Liberty Plantation LLC, No. 12-20-00135-CV, 2021 WL 199695 (Tex. App.-Tyler Jan. 6, 2021, no pet. h.) [Brandon Barchus, Faulk Barchus PLLC]

Elgin Bank of Texas v. Travis Cnty., Tex., 906 S.W.2d 120 (Tex. App. 1995), writ denied (Jan. 11, 1996) [Ken Oden, County Attorney and John F. McCormick, Asst. Co. Atty]
