I am looking for a Law Enforcement expert to give me an independent opinion and evaluation of the Hearne police officer shooting of the 93 year old lady. Someone credentialed and familiar with training and actions in this type of situation.

I am confident the Texas Rangers will give 110% on the investigation and give me an unbiased opinion. Nevertheless, this community is in an uproar so I would like to give 110% as well which means bringing someone from outside the community to take a fresh look at the case so that the community knows we are taking their concerns very seriously.
