Our office is preparing for a DWI trial where Defense has designated Lance Platt as one of it's expert witnesses. We anticipate that Platt will testify as to the inaccuracies and unreliability of the HGN test and the Intoxilyzer 5000. Does anyone out there have any info (transcripts, etc.) regarding Lance Platt?
