I've got a fellow coming up for trial who had a rolling meth lab in the trunk of his car along with a substantial amount of manufactured meth.

I'd like to present some punishment evidence to the jury as to the toxic nature of the manufacturing process, particularly the process used by home cookers, etc. I've seen some news articles regarding the hazardous wastes that occur during this process and would like to find a witness who has the expertise to testify regarding this topic and if at all possible, is located in Central Texas or who works for a government agency and can travel here cheaply.

It would also help if they would testify for free.
