Does anyone have any information about an expert witness (in DWI/breath tests)from Atlanta named Joseph Citron? It may be spelled Citren or Cetron. An attorney from Houston has a felony DWI case up here and says that's who he's using.

Citron is a lawyer/eye doctor from Atlanta. He also has been to SFST training and claims to have trained police officers on HGN.
