We have a jury trial pending over the VFW Sweepstakes machines (charges are gambling promotion, keeping gambling place, and possession of gambling device). I think the defense will bring in Nick Farley as an expert on gaming devices. Does anyone have any experience with him?

Also-- has anyone brought in an expert witness for the State on a gambling case and if so, in what capacity? Names and contact information (or explanations why a State's expert wouldn't be necessary) would be much appreciated. Thanks!
