Dr. Skop has been designated as an expert witness in an upcoming Agg Ass SBI trial that begins on August 27. Dr. Skop is out of San Antonio and has been designated as an expert on insanity. Does anyone have any information on Dr. Skop? Or has anyone done a previous direct or cross examination of Dr. Skop?

Dr. Skop is usually a State's expert for comp/sanity.
