Does anyone know Robert Benjamin, Department of Biological Sciences, University of North Texas, Denton? The defense designated him as an expert in an Aggravated Sexual Assault case set for October 31st.

Dr. Benjamin has been designated as a defense expert in Tarrant County quite a few times in cases involving DNA. However, he almost never testifies, and on those rare occasions that he does testify he normally has some issue pertaining to the "statistics." He's more of a "consulting" expert. He's well known by our local DNA folks who actually testify before juries.
