Anyone ever used this?
I've used it off and on over the past year. Although the idea (of cataloguing expert witnesses for electronic searches in cases) seems pretty good, it isn't being carried out all that well. For most of the material, you could obtain the same results by doing a name search in Lexis or Westlaw or Nexis or maybe even a Google.
And the function I was most interested in, downloading documents from the actual cases, is largely empty, giving the promise that it will soon be filled.
That said, for the price of a year's subscription, I suppose it is worth it for a large office if used regularly.
