Defense has Designated " as Dr. Evan Matshes MD as expert witness in "Shaken Baby" case. Will testify in Yoakum County, 90 miles west of Lubbock, on NM border.

He was in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, then went to New Mexico @ NM Medical Examiner, for two years (2014-2016). It is my understanding he is in the Dallas area


If he has testified in any Prosecutors case, for either State or Defense, I'd be grateful for a call or email. Need to visit with anyone has seen in testify.
