I had Larry Frye and Lee Santo scheduled as use of force epxperts, but when trial got reset they are now unavailable. Can anyone recommend a Use of Force Expert for a trial? The charge is Agg Assault of a Public Servant with a DW and 3 counts of attempting to take a weapon from LEO. Cop responded to domestic violence call, D ran in the house and cop followed. D and co-D beat up cop and tried to take his firearm. Defense is claiming cop had no right to go in home and maybe claiming excessive use of force - which the facts don't show. Anyway, I am in a bind and QUICKLY need an expert. Thanks!
