Does anyone have any information on Tim F. Branaman out of Richardson, Texas? Mr. Branaman is scheduled to testify for the defense on issues related to the characteristics of child sexual abuse victims.

going back to my days in civil practice, whoever is going against him needs to get as many of his publications or presentations as possible. I am sure he has said or written something in the past that can and will be used against him. For instance, he appears to be defense hired gun. I would bet he has written papers or articles that the prosecutor can summarize for the jury as, "how to get your guilty sex offending client off for only $200 per hour". Good luck!!
