What problem,if any,is there with our County Clerk taking hot check payments for us at remote County Annex offices where the County Attorney does not have an office? The money will be keep in a separate account from their monies and transfered to us. Any suggestions or thoughts on this? The idea is to provide greater convenience to the public to pay at the annex offices.
