Determinate Sentence Probation with Automatic Transfer

I had a hearing yesterday where a juvenile (18 1/2 years old) stipulated on a determinate sentence petition, was adjudicated delinquent, "sentenced" to 10 years/probated for 5, and then immediately transferred to adult probation. My problem is that I have NO determinate sentence orders. Does anyone have anything I can start with or work from?
