Is the person solicited an adult or a juvenile? What kind of Capital murder - for hire, individual under 6, multiple murders,etc? Was the target person actually killed? I'll try to send you some forms in the ballpark, that you can adapt, but I need to know more about the criminal episode.

A female juvenile tried to hire atleast 2 different juveniles to kill her parents so she could be with her boyfriend. She offered to give both would be killers a valuable and attractive car that her family owns, should they complete the task. The people solicited did not go through with the act but the suspect juvenile was persistent in her attemps to hire someone. We currently have her in detention and the parents are aware of her plot.
