handling juvenile records when juvenile has requested a pseudonym

I am not that up on juvenile law issues. I am looking for some guidance on what law enforcement records may contain the juvenile victim's true name (presuming that they are not subject to release without a court order). Any juvenile law experts out there who can help me. I have officers looking for clarification.
