We have a case that we would like to transfer to another county which has agreed to accept transfer for prosecution. It is a case that the defendant will be certified to stand trial as an adult.
Does the venue provisions of the CCP then apply and send the case back to our County where the offense occurred since after certification the rules of the CCP apply?
