Hello--- I come from a small office where we do our own briefs. Has anyone done a brief on the Article 38.37 of extraneous evidence of sex acts admitted at a child abuse sex trial? I have a victim who testified wherein the evidence introduced at trial was no-billed as a case several years before in a different county. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
