Get on Lexis or www.supremecourtus.gov and get a copy of Atkins v. Virginia. Anyone with a death penalty prosecution needs to look at this and figure out what to do with it, especially since the Supreme Court has been staying excutions of people who have never raised retardation and have little or no evidence of retardation.
