There are a lot of ways of conceiving of harmless error but I really like Chief Justice Morriss' latest offering about some inadmissible hearsay as a "small piece of debris floating in a sea of evidence tending to show Defendant's consciousness of guilt, partial admissions, and numerous inconsistencies."
