I'm sorry to report that in the new (green cover, 2008 edition) of Perfect Plea, an error got by us. On pp. 182 and 183, the range of punishment for DWI-First Offender is incorrect and should read "confinement in county jail for not more than 180 days or less than 72 hours and/or a maximum fine of $4,000."

Also note that the form on p. 188 has become outdated with the Court of Criminal Appeals' recent amendment to T.R.App.P. 25.2. See the court's website at www.cca.courts.state.tx.us/rules/TRAPamendments-2007-final.htm for the latest version of the Rule 25.2 form.
