In the 3rd special session in 2003, the legislature made a few changes to new Chapter 708 of the Transportation Code (specifically, the DWI surcharge) that was previously published in the spiral edition of TDCAA's Penal Code. The changes amount to a few pages that readers will need to substitute. These three pages are attached as a PDF file. The pages in the PDF file are numbered -- print them out and paste them over your existing pages.
