I am prosecuting a capital murder where the offense date is years prior to the date the complainant died. ME ruled it a homicide due to complications of remote hypoxic ischemic brain injury (strangulation). Anyone out there have any experience(s) prosecuting delayed death murders? If so, I'd like to speak with you. Email below. Thanks. leighton.dantoni@dallascounty.org | ||
