I have a JP clerk who is fairly certain that her complaint forms, and the language in them, are outdated. I know we have a charging manual, but I find nothing to aid her in the language for the complaints in JP court. It is rare when the law enforcement officer prepares his own complaint (usually Parks & Wildlife, I think).

Any ideas?

The TMCEC has many complaints on line in Word or PDF format. They can be easily adapted for JP court.
