We are trying out a product called West Case Notebook. It is a civil litigation tool designed to aggregate and index documents, transcripts and the like together with your notes and outlines. It seems like it might be useful for big, document intense prosecutions like white collar and death penalty prosecutions. Is anyone using it? I'd love to trade notes.
