Bexar County DA's Office has suffered a horrible loss-- Our good friend Chip Rich, head of the DWI Task Force, passed away on Monday, November 5th. Chip was 46, Husband and Father of two girls. For those of you who did not know Chip, he worked tirelessly for over 10 years in Bexar County with mostly alcohol related cases. Chip always had a smile on his face, always eager to help anybody who needed his vast knowledge, and always was a fair and decent prosecutor and friend.

We will miss you Chip! God Bless You.
