I am looking for any forms/advice that anyone is willing to share on CCP Art. 7A.01 Protective Orders, specifically for sexual assault victims who have only ever been identified by a pseudonym.

Now that time has passed from my original post, does anyone have some sample forms that they're willing to share? I have samples for domestic violence-type POs, but none for the required POs for sex offenses.
