What, if any, charge can be used when an adult is sending pornographic photos of himself to a minor? Anything other than distribution of harmful material? Used to use online solicitation so I'm searching for what is now appropriate.

If the minor was sending pictures back to him at his request, then you could also try and make a case for Sexual Performance by a Minor. And just to restate the obvious, if there was ever any offer to meet up at any point in the communication, you've still got that part of online solicitation in effect. Those are the only alternative theories (on additional facts) I've heard floated out since Lo.

No concrete plans to meet. Offers to take to a movie or out to eat, but no definitive plans made. That's why I feel like the "luring" portion isn't satisfied.

It seems like you have enough evidence for a warrant to search his computer. There might be incriminating evidence of a more serious charge on his hard drive.
