The defendant was convicted of the offense. We now have a charge with a lesser if anybody needs it. Apparently, the only other case that came close to trial was handled by Jane Starnes. However, she assures me that her defendant only committed the offense of "Continuance Family Violence." Hopefully his continuance was denied.
