Anyone have a good voir dire for a retaliation case? 74 year old man is being investigated for pornography, gives consent for officers to take his computer and search it. A week later he calls our office and tells one of the other assistant DAs in our office if the officers ever set foot on his property again he'll kill them.

Looking for a good theme too - nothing ever came of the pornography/solicitation case.
