Real Estate Agent works for real estate broker. Broker has license so all sales go through him and not the unlicensed agent. Agent and broker have agreement that broker and agent split the commission from sales. Before contract expires, agent takes contracts and listing docs and refuses to return and is attempting to sell properties with new contract thereby cutting out broker. Is this a theft of anything more than the paper (Class C )the docs were printed on which is broker's? Can you have a theft valuation based on contingent payment of full commission(maybe total commission amount under 31.08(b) or 31.08(c) if value is not reasonably ascertainable)? | ||
