Does anyone have any experience with Dr. Walter Lajara-Nanson, a psychiatrist out of Lubbock? We are trying a capital murder, and the defense has indicated this doctor will testify, presumably at punishment. He practiced in West Virginia until 1999, and now is with the Texas Tech medical school. Any information anyone can give will be greatly appreciated.
